Touring Coupé

Having fond memories of the Northstar V8 equipped Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupé from the days of my apprenticeship, I started to modify one in Photoshop years ago. However, this is one of those cars that don’t really benefit from optical alterations so I eventually abandoned the project. Three weeks ago, Tyler Hoover posted two videos (see links below) about the long forgotten Cadillac EldoRodo concept car, built by California Street Rods. I remember the pictures from the Germany US-Car Magazine Chrom & Flammen. Watching Hoovies videos re-ignited the nostalgia and I dug out the old photoshop file… only to start over with a better quality picture. Not much was done to the car, it is just lowered over larger diameter wheels and now looks much better with the stance it never had from the factory. They always rode too high and wafted along, even though GM claimed it had a European suspension setup.
