After a scenic flight along the Welsh coast, Charly landed his paramotor in Newborough – very close to the Tacla Taid Anglesey Transport and Agricultural Museum. Obviously I couldn’t resist the chance to have a quick look around the museum.

Situated in the beautiful valley, the Franshhoek Motor Museum houses an eclectic collection of the finest automobiles ever produced. Even though we visited only briefly, it made a lasting impression. A visit is definitely recommended for any petrolhead on holidays.

The Mercedes-Benz museum is a masterpiece. Not only by architectural measures, but also in the way the vehicles are displayed. From the very first automobile to the latest cars and trucks. Almost everything from the rich and diverse Mercedes-Benz history is there. They feature real vehicles, scale models and various bits and pieces from the individual eras.

The first visit to the new Porsche Museum in 2009 was astonishing. The architecture is breathtaking and the exquisite display of street, racing and rallye legends phenomenal.
