The Nissan S-Cargo debuted at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1989 as one of the famous Nissan Pike cars (Pike is the name of the Nissan manufacturing plant).  The design was inspired by the Citroën 2CV Fourgonette and the name was derived from the words small and cargo, but it sounds like escargot, the French word for snail, a nickname for the rather slow 2CV. Thanks to the Nissan parts bin, it is possible to swap stronger turbo engines into the S-Cargo. Equipped with more power, it does need better suspension, wheels and tires. The German BBS wheels have been very popular in Japan in the 1990s and therefore I chose a set of BBS RS  and designed the livery accordingly.

The other Pike cars have been the Nissan Be-1 and the Nissan Pao, which I have also modified with Adobe Photoshop some years ago.
